Our Story
Emterra Tire Recycling (ETR) is a division of Emterra Group — one of Canada’s largest integrated resource management companies founded by Emmie Leung in 1976. ETR was established in 2005 to address the need for responsible tire recycling and compliance in Ontario.
Today, ETR transforms end-of-life tires into valuable resources through a zero-waste, emission-free process, driving the circular economy and supporting sustainable communities as part of Emterra Group’s integrated approach.
